Special and Pre-Orders Policy

At our store, we offer special orders and pre-order options to provide you with a wider range of choices. We would like to inform you of our policy regarding ordering, cancellations and more for special orders and pre-orders:

    1. Paid Orders - Orders that have been fully paid in advance.
    2. Non-Paid Orders - Orders placed without payment upfront; for core products only.
    3. Fulfillment Terms - We aim to fulfill all orders within 7 business days. However, some brands may require up to 14 business days for fulfillment.
    4. Pre-Orders (Seasonal) - Must be paid in advance; Seasonal delivery dates given at the time of order and will follow the above fulfillment timeframe.
    5. Refunds and Exchanges:
      1. Core Products - eligible for refund and exchange within 14 days of pickup.
      2. Seasonal/Special Products and Orders- final sale and not eligible for refund or exchanges. Special product is not apart of our core collection. 
    6. Pickup and Notifications - Clients will be notified via text message when order is ready & in the event of any issues or delays with the order, we will notify you promptly.
    7. Non-Paid Orders - Must be picked up within 72 hours of notification or risk forfeiture.

We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing a special order or pre-order. The full payment is required upfront for special orders and a cancellation fee is applied to pre-orders.
