Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Petit à Petit Lingerie. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and utmost satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free return process.

You may be eligible for a return if you meet the following conditions: (1) You have purchased the product directly from our online store; (2) The return request is made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may not accept the return or offer a store credit unless it falls under warranty coverage; (3) The item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact; (4) The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact; (5) For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, hosiery, bodysuits, swimwear, boxer briefs, laundry detergent, intimate accessories, or items that have been worn or damaged; and (6) Additional non-returnable items: special orders, customized or personalized items, digital downloads or software, gift cards, and workshops.

Shipping

We want to make sure your lingerie purchases arrive safely and timely. We partner with USPS and UPS to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your lingerie items. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. All orders received Monday-Friday before 1 pm (excluding weekends, holidays, and store closures), will be shipped the same business day. In some cases, if your order contains multiple items, it may be split into multiple shipments or if you place more than one order at the same time, we may combine your order.
