Bonjour! Welcome to Simone Chérie's Eau de Parfum Workshop.

How to purchase and schedule your workshop:

• Step 1: Select a workshop 60 or 90 minute.
• Step 2: Select a bottle size 50ml or 15ml (see below).
• Step 3: Book a workshop date and time slot (here).

Eau de Parfum Workshop Liability Waiver & Release

By completing this registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

·      Participation & Materials: I understand that I will handle perfume-grade oils, perfumer’s alcohol, and other ingredients to create my own Eau de Parfum. I will follow all safety instructions and use the protective apron provided.

·      Health & Allergies: I have disclosed any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may be affected by fragrance materials. I understand that exposure to scents and ingredients may cause irritation or allergic reactions, and I accept full responsibility for my own well-being.

·      Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily participate and accept all risks associated with this workshop, including potential injury, illness, or property damage.

·      Release & Hold Harmless: I release and hold harmless Simone Chérie Fine Lingerie, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, representatives, and venue owners from any and all liability or claims related to participation in the workshop.

·      Medical Disclaimer: I understand that materials and products used are for educational and personal use only, and not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

·      Photo & Video Release: I grant Simone Chérie Fine Lingerie permission to use photos and videos captured during the workshop—including my image and likeness—for marketing and social-media purposes. (You may opt out by contacting us in writing before the event.)

·      Participants Under 18: Participants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to attend.

·      Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Agreement - By purchasing this workshop and completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release.
