Where to Park Downtown: Your Guide to Convenient Parking

If you’re planning a visit to Downtown Norfolk, parking can be a breeze when you know where to go. The MacArthur Center North Garage on City Hall Avenue is the most convenient option, especially if you’re stopping by our store!

Street parking is convenient as well. With metered parking enforcement from 9 am to pm, Mondy - Saturday - with a 2 hour time limit. Free after 6 pm for Monday - Saturday, and free all day Sunday. You can find metered parking onn Granby, Banks and Plume Street.

Seniors and persons with disabilities, drop off is available and accessible to the distance of the store. City Hall Avenue is a busy street, however it is strongly suggested you use caution when access this street. Plume Street has handicap street parking directly in from of the Monitcello and Selden Arcade. Call the store if you need additional assistance.
