Size & Fit Guide
Finding the right fit is everything in lingerie. Use this guide to discover your size across all the brands we carry — and shop with confidence.
How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate fit, measure yourself wearing a non-padded bra or no bra at all. Use a soft measuring tape and measure in inches.
- Band size: Measure snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust. Round to the nearest even number. If the result is odd, round up.
- Bust size: Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Cup size: Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch = one cup size (1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = DD/E, 6" = DDD/F, 7" = G, 8" = H).

Sister Sizing
Sister sizes share the same cup volume but with a different band. If your size isn't available, try a sister size: go up one band and down one cup (e.g., 34D → 36C), or down one band and up one cup (e.g., 34D → 32DD).
Fit Tips
- The band does the work. 80% of support comes from the band. It should sit level and firm — you should only be able to fit two fingers underneath.
- The center gore should lie flat. If it lifts away from your sternum, try a larger cup size.
- No spillage or gaps. Your breast tissue should be fully enclosed in the cup with no overflow or empty space.
- Straps are for shape, not support. Straps should not dig in. If they do, the band may be too loose.
- Start on the loosest hook. As the bra stretches with wear, move to tighter hooks to maintain fit.
Hosiery & Lingerie Sizing
For bodysuits, thigh highs, and hosiery, sizing is based on height and weight. Refer to the individual product pages for brand-specific hosiery charts.
