After this period, we may not accept the return or offer a store credit unless it falls under warranty coverage; (3) The item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact; (4) The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact; (5) For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, hosiery, bodysuits, swimwear, boxer briefs, laundry detergent, intimate accessories, or items that have been worn or damaged; and (6) Additional non-returnable items: special orders, customized or personalized items, digital downloads or software, gift cards, and workshops.
