This policy serves to clarify the transition from Petit a Petit Lingerie to Simone Cherie (and Chérie) Fine Lingerie, and to ensure transparency regarding our intellectual property rights.

Petit a Petit Lingerie and Simone Cherie Fine Lingerie are both wholly owned and operated by Madam CFO, Inc..

During the transition phase, customers may encounter both brand names in-store, online, and on marketing materials. However, both names represent the same company and uphold the same quality standards.

All trademarks, copyrights, business permits, and proprietary assets associated with Petit a Petit and Simone Cherie Fine Lingerie are legally owned by Madam CFO, Inc..
Customer Experience During Transition

Customers shopping in person or online may see references to both brand names. This is part of the rebranding process and does not indicate a change in ownership or management.

Any warranties, return policies, and services previously offered under Petit a Petit remain valid under Y without interruption.
