Appointment Details:

• Luxury Shopping Experience is a safe and secure one-on-one appointment for new and existing clients. Enjoy a bubbly beverage or delicious treat for you and friend. Make this apart of your self-care routine. For our beautiful moms, bring baby and stroller. We understand what it means to be a mom so shop in peace with baby. No pets are allowed except service animals. Need a special order? We have you covered, you can browse our vast catalogue in-person.

• Luxury Shopping Experience plus a Bra Fitting. Perfect introduction to our studio for new clients who want a bra fitting and shopping experience or existing clients who may have experience changes in their bust size. Don't forget to wear an underwire bra for this experience. We require an appointment hold fee for new clients to eliminate no-shows.

• Mommy and Me or Daddy-Daughter Day. Perfect appointment for young developing girls and young ladies. Department and Victoria's Secret stores are no place for tweens or teens shy or self-conscious of their developing bodies. We offer a safe and secure environment with adult supervision during the fit process. For Daddies, we understand taking your daughter to bra shop can be uncomfortable, we have a created an environment full of education during this fit process. This appointment can include a fitting is necessary.

• Returns and Exchanges. Need to make an in-person return or exchange, we have you covered.

• Consultations. Need an in-person lingerie consultation for bridal, boudoir or maternity, we have you covered. Browse our in-person and online catalogues of styles from various designer and luxury brands. Create special orders for birthdays, anniversaries or that special occassion.

Appointment Policy:

We strive to provide you with exceptional service and ensure that your experience with us is smooth and convenient. To maintain a high standard of service and accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following appointment policy:

• Booking: We encourage you to book a preferred time slot or call us at 757-904-5665 from 11 am to 5 pm to speak to an Appointment Rep. Same-day appointments are available, however our last appointment of the day is 7pm.

• Bra Fitting Fee: All fittings are a complimentary service with a purchase of a bra. However, if you want an expert fitting without purchase, our service fee is $75.00, and is non-refundable, transferrable or exchangeable. 

• No-Show Fee: We understand that unforeseen circumstances might arise, but we kindly request that you inform us 24 hours if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the event of a no-show, a non-refundable fee of $75.00 will be charged to your account on file. This fee helps us manage our schedule and offer availability to other clients. We do not charge for appointments, however your credit card information is required to prevent a no-show.

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. This allows us to offer the vacant time slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the aforementioned fee being charged to your account.

• Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

• Late Arrivals: We value your time, as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service time may be shortened to ensure that the next scheduled appointment is not affected.

When booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our policy. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment or refuse service to a client with or without notice.
